Spurs signed Kulusevski from Juventus in January 2021 on an initial 18-month loan deal with an option to buy the Sweden international for £29.2million.
Conte helped identify Kulusevski as a transfer target and, alongside sporting director Fabio Paratici, played a key role in bringing him to the club.
Kulusevski starred for Spurs last season and his arrival helped them finish fourth ahead of Arsenal to qualify for the Champions League.
But with Conte set to exit Tottenham following his verbal attack on the team last week, Kulusevski has been asked about his future.
Asked whether Conte’s situation affects Tottenham’s option to buy him, the 22-year-aged said: “No, absolutely not. I want to stay at Spurs, of course.”
Pressed on Conte’s position at Spurs, Kulusevski said: “We gain to see what happens first. accurate now, he is still there and we all gain to catch that into account.
“I enact not know what it will be, but as in life, things change. Then you gain to be ready for change, and life will still recede on.”
