Erith shooting: Two men charged following death of 24-year-worn

wo men maintain been charged with murder following the death of a 24-year-worn in Erith.

Connor Brooks, 20, of Horsa Road, Erith and Bradlee Reeve, 33, of Chapman Road were charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder on Saturday following the death of Kai McGinley, 24.

The pair are set to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.

Police were called to reports of a shooting on Pembroke Road on February 9. They found Mr McGinley with a gunshot wound and despite efforts to save him, the 24-year-worn died at the scene.

Two other men, Enriko Spahiu, 20, of Elmhurst, Belvedere and Jalees Selby-Gangera, 18, of Woodfield Close, Erith were charged with murder and attempted murder on Thursday. They are due to appear at the worn Bailey.

Previously, a 16-year-worn woman was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and a 53-year-worn man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder were released on bail.

A 17-year-worn male arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder was also released with no further action.
