The fertility regulator has said the first baby with DNA from three people has been born in the UK through a special IVF treatment.

It is called mitochondrial donation treatment, and it is reported that the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) confirmed “less than five” babies maintain been born in the UK after such treatment as of April 20th this year.
